PILIPINAS SPACE AND AVIATION ACADEMY, INCORPORATED is one of the fastest growing aviation training organization in the Philippines. Aviation, academic and business veterans established PSAAI to prepare aspiring pilots to be globally competitive in their commercial and airline careers.

MISSION
Our mission is to provide our pilot trainees with excellent, quality and safe pilot training that is above the globally accepted aviation standards. This is achieved by providing them with a professional training environment, comprehensive training programs implemented by competent aviation training professionals, and modern and sophisticated training equipment and facilities.
TRAINING FLEET
Cessna 152
The Cessna 152 is by far the most reliable training aircraft used globally. It is an American made two-seat, fixed tricycle gear, general aviation airplane. It has a very reliable and powerful engine running on 100LL aviation gasoline.
Cessna 172M
an American four-seat, single-engine, high wing, fixed-wing aircraft made by the Cessna Aircraft Company. First flown in 1955, more 172s have been built than any other aircraft. The 172M of 1973–76 gained a drooped wing leading edge for improved low-speed handling. This was marketed as the “camber-lift” wing.
Flight Simulator
The DCX MAX 6-DOF is the newest cockpit AATD system on the market. The system has an impressive list of standard and optional features that make it the most advanced trainer in its class. The addition of the 6-DOF motion base makes the DCX MAX 6-DOF system unparalleled in the industry.
TRAINING FACILITIES
Airport
Our main base of operation is at Lingayen Airport (RPUG) in the capital city of Pangasinan, north of Manila (Latitude: 16.0347995758, 16°2’5″N; Longitude: 120.2409973145, 120°14’27″E), with an elevation of 7.00 feet. We also operate at all major and international airports in the Philippines.
Main Campus
PSAAI’s main campus is conveniently located at P. Mayuga St., Brgy. Tambo, Parañaque City near Park N’ Fly, Domestic Road. It houses state of the art classrooms, briefing areas and flight simulator rooms equipped with sophisticated instrumentation and telephony equipment.
Base Operation
In order that students continuously correlate their theoretical knowledge with actual flight training the base of operation accommodates classroom instructions. It has a complete training facilities, including flight simulator.
FLIGHT TRAINING DIRECTORATE
CAPTAIN YESHTER DONN P. BACCAY
Captain Donn is a lawyer by profession. His childhood dream to become a pilot inspired him in establishing PSAAI. His experience as an academe, a quality manager and a business professional allows him to continuously improve the quality and safety standards of the Academy. He remains to be an active court litigator.
CAPTAIN GEMINIANO J. CORONG JR.
Captain Gem is a veteran commercial pilot, starting his aviation career at the age of 16. He is trained and rated in various simple and complex aircraft, including flight simulators. He is one of the youngest pilots to manage several pilot schools. His experience as a pilot, aviation academe, and as a business manager qualifies him as the Head of Training.
CAPTAIN VINCE NICOLE V. MACUGAY
Captain Vince is one of the youngest and most dynamic flight instructor available in the aviation industry. At a very young age of 18, he became a licensed commercial pilot. His continuing quest for excellence make him one of the younger pilot to be qualified as a high-timer and qualifies him to be the Chief Flight Instructor.
CAPTAIN RUSSEL JOSEPH V. BALUAN
Captain Russel brings vibrance to flight training. He simplifies what seems to be too technical aeronautical subjects, to be more understandable to flight cadets. Applying theorical knowledge to practice, he is also a flight instructor.
